La peinture était la passion de Felicitas d'Albert, sa vocation, et pour rien au monde elle aurait renoncé à peindre.
Painting was Felicitas d'Albert's passion, her vocation, and for no reason in the world would she have given up painting.

La pittura era la passione di Felicitas d'Albert, la sua vocazione, e per nessun motivo al mondo avrebbe rinunciato a dipingere.
Elle prit ses premiers cours de peinture avec Alberto Susat, le restaurateur des fresques de Faistauer au Théâtre du Festival de Salzbourg. Plus tard, elle étudia avec Emil Preetorius à l’Ecole des arts appliqués de Munich, puis à Rome. A Londres, elle a réalisé des gravures et des illustrations notamment pour le roman Oliver Twist.
She took her first painting lessons with Alberto Susat, the restorer of Faistauer's frescoes at the Salzburg Festival Theatre. Later she studied with Emil Preetorius at the School of Applied Arts in Munich and later in Rome. In London, she produced engravings and illustrations, notably for the novel Oliver Twist.
Sie nahm ihren ersten Malunterricht bei Alberto Susat, dem Restaurator von Faistauers Fresken im Salzburger Festspielhaus. Später studierte sie bei Emil Preetorius an der Hochschule für angewandte Kunst in München und später in Rom. In London realisierte sie Gravuren und Illustrationen, insbesondere für den Roman Oliver Twist.
Ha seguito le prime lezioni di pittura con Alberto Susat, il restauratore degli affreschi di Faistauer al Teatro del Festival di Salisburgo. Successivamente ha studiato con Emil Preetorius alla Scuola di Arti Applicate di Monaco e successivamente a Roma. A Londra ha realizzato incisioni e illustrazioni, in particolare per il romanzo Oliver Twist.
